I have had a problem with them since February 2008 (now it's Dec 09!) I wrote a complaint to BT proper and they told me I have to complain to the Local Business team- so I have been writing to them for weeks now- as BT told me to, by email so I have copies of corespondence- I keep getting read receipts for my emails but they are just ignoring me.
