The hacker guy though, is the one on whom we should focus. His action is clearly political, from what I've gathered didn't harm anyone, thus it was only propaganda work, and he's treated almost like Satan... Terrorism... Yeah, right. On the other hand he attacked military sites and to assume that you shouldn't be subjected to a military trial in these neo-colonial times is a dangerous assumption to make.
