Oh we likes it, we likes it!
The Jack-PC from Chip PC converts existing LAN jacks into full-function Windows CE-powered thin clients, apparently wihtout requiring additional cabling. It runs on an AMD Au1550 Alchemy processor with 128Mb of RAM and 64 MB of flash. Three versions are available, two supporting 1280×1024 and a third with DVI support up to 1600×1200. The best thing is that two of the models are powered via Power over Ethernet (PoE), meaning that you stick one of these over your existing Ethernet Jack and off you go!

I’d love to have some of these for an LTSP or even ICA setup in the kitchen – just plug it into a TFT and keyboard/mouse combo, and off we go.
