Over at David Seah there’s a fantastic article on motivation and getting tasks prioritized. If you’re anything like me, this is a godsend (assuming you have the motivation to print it out, fill it in and stick to it).

It basically works on the idea of scoring activities, allowing you to prioritize the ones you need motivation for. You then tick off the ones you’ve done and get brownie points for doing them. I think building these into some kind of reward system (e.g. if I get x and y done then I can do z) would work really well.
